How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Open Delete Pages

Press ⌃⌥Space and type “remove pages”, or pick it from MightyBench’s menu bar icon.

  2. 02

    Select the pages to remove

Drop in one PDF or several. Click or Shift-click the pages to go, or use Select All and Select None. Chosen pages fade out.

The details

Small things, done properly.

  • See exactly what goes

Selected pages fade out on screen, so you can check what will be removed before anything is saved.

  • Never an empty file

Each file always keeps at least one page, so you can’t save a PDF with nothing in it by mistake.

  • Kept pages stay as they were

Pages you keep are copied across as they are. The new file simply leaves out the ones you selected.

  • Several PDFs in one go

Drop more than one PDF and you get one trimmed PDF back for each, all in the same dated folder.

  • Click, Shift-click, Select All

Choose pages with a click or a Shift-click. Select All and Select None are there for long documents.

FAQ

Questions about Delete Pages

Anything else? Email support@mightybench.com and a person will reply.

How do I delete pages from a PDF on a Mac?

Open Delete Pages, drop the PDF in and click the pages you want gone. Press Save PDF and a copy without them is saved to a new dated folder in Downloads › MightyBench.

Can I delete pages from several PDFs at once?

Yes. Drop several PDFs and choose the pages to remove. You get one PDF per input file, all saved in the same dated folder.

Can I delete every page in a file?

No. Each file keeps at least one page, so Delete Pages never saves an empty PDF. To keep only a few pages, Extract Pages may be quicker.

Does removing pages lower the quality of the rest?

No. The pages you keep are copied as they are, so they look exactly as they did in the original.

Is my original PDF changed?

No. Delete Pages writes a new PDF and leaves the one you dropped in complete, so you can always go back to it.
