The details
Small things, done properly.
-
Mix pages across files
Pages from every PDF you drop share one grid, so you can slot a page from one file straight into the middle of another.
-
Numbers follow the drag
Page numbers update as you drag, so you always know where a page will sit in the saved PDF.
-
Turn one page, not all
Rotate a single page without touching the rest, ideal for a landscape table in a portrait report.
-
Quick Look with Space
Press Space on a page to see it up close before deciding where it belongs. No need to open another app.
-
Take out what’s extra
Remove a blank scan or a duplicate page as you go. Removed pages are simply left out of the saved PDF.

FAQ
Questions about Organize PDF
Anything else? Email support@mightybench.com and a person will reply.
How do I rearrange pages in a PDF on a Mac?
Open Organize PDF and drop the file in. Drag pages around the grid, then press Save PDF to get a new PDF in that order in Downloads › MightyBench.
Can I move pages from one PDF into another?
Yes. Drop several PDFs and all their pages share one grid. Drag a page from one file into another, and Save PDF writes a single document in that order.
How do I rotate just one page of a PDF?
Rotate that page in the grid and leave the rest alone. Only the pages you turn change orientation in the saved file.
What’s the difference between Organize PDF and Merge PDFs?
Merge PDFs joins whole files in the order you set. Organize PDF works page by page, so you can move, rotate or remove single pages, even across different files.
Can I preview a page before I move it?
Yes. Press Space to see a page in Quick Look, then drag it wherever it belongs.
